The developer of Lincoln’s premier residential development One The Brayford has unveiled its penthouse show apartment now that the development is nearing completion.

Jackson & Jackson Developments has opened one of 22 penthouse apartments, which boast luxurious soft furnishings, open plan kitchen, dining and living areas as well as state-of-the-art technology features including a Google Nest smart controlled heating system.

Visitors to the two-bed penthouse apartment can expect to see striking interior design across the two-storey duplex, which has been referred to as a house in the sky due to its stunning views across the city and up to the Cathedral.

The fit-out has been delivered by Lincoln-based LGG Projects. Paul Jakuc, director at LGG Projects, said: “It’s an exciting time for us and the Jackson & Jackson Developments team as we prepare to welcome the first visitors to the penthouse show apartment.

“I anticipate that these penthouses will be extremely popular because of its contemporary fixtures and fittings, stunning interior design, as well as the breath-taking views of the city of Lincoln. We’re very proud to be working on this scheme and look forward to showing prospective buyers the high-end interiors LGG Projects are delivering.”

The 91.3m sq penthouse show apartment, which is being managed by local agent Pygott & Crone, also includes a generous balcony space, master bedroom with an en-suite and fitted wardrobe and TV units.

Craig Stones, from Pygott & Crone, said: “It’s no surprise that over 72% of the One The Brayford apartments have sold following the opening of the first show apartment earlier this year. We’re very pleased to now be launching the penthouse show apartment and expect the tremendous success the development has encountered so far to continue to grow over the next couple of months.”

The penthouse show apartment, which is on the sixth floor, is available for £330,000. Prices for the one, two and three bed apartments and two and three bed penthouse apartments, range from £125,000 to £500,000.

One The Brayford, which is being developed in partnership with Richardsons Capital LLP, is the conversion of the existing historic Mill House, which when complete in Autumn will enjoy elevated views of Brayford Pool and over the city to the south, and up to the Cathedral and Castle to the north.

Viewings for the penthouse show apartment are made by appointment only via the One The Brayford website www.onethebrayford.co.uk and will be available from 23rd October.
