CEO


Dominik is the Founder of J&J Developments, described by Estates Gazette as ‘One of the UK’s most promising developers’. He has completed over half a million square feet of landmark buildings, covering student, residential and commercial uses.

Simon Grace

COO


Having been business partners with Dominik since 2009 Simon’s skillset greatly compliments Dominik’s in the running of the business. Simon has substantial experience in property investment as well as co-founding an asset finance business.

Neil Roberts

FD


A Chartered Accountant by trade, Neil has been practicing for more than 25 years, specialising in the construction and property sectors. His role at Jackson Living is to support Dominik and Simon with all financial decisions around group company structures, business and tax planning.

Paul Mundin

New Homes Development Manager


Paul is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Building and has over forty years of experience in the construction industry in various managerial roles. He has specialised in house building for the last ten years.

Ben Martin

Project Manager


Ben studied Architecture and a Master’s in Sustainable Architectural Design prior to turning to Project Management giving him a solid knowledge base within construction and design. Ben brings over 5 years of Project Management experience in the work place to Jackson Living, working with team to push forward all developments.

Alice Hall-Jones

EA & Office Manager


Alice Hall-Jones is the Office Manager and EA for Jackson Living. Having spent her working career within the retail marketing sector, Alice is responsible for ensuring all projects launch and progress with a strong marketing strategy across all platforms.

Amanda Halford

Finance Manager


Amanda manages the Accounts Department for Jackson Living and has worked in accounts for more than 20 years with a broad span of experience in local government, private organisations and charities. Mandy is a member of the Association of Accounting Technicians and enjoys being part of a company that is making a real contribution to the development of her local area.

Rebecca Workman

Finance Assistant


Rebecca has worked along side Amanda for many years and provides a wide range of financial support. Being part AAT qualified Rebecca strives to complete her studies and thoroughly enjoys being part of an ever-progressing team.
